VC metals offers metal servicing including precision metal cutting on production saws. We can cut all of our metal products to almost any specifications.

We do production sawing on a band saw and a plate saw. We also offer shearing and well plasma cutting of any material. Aluminum plate cutting is a popular order and we are experts at cutting aluminum plate in our Ventura shop.

Productions Saws

We can produce clean cuts with a precision of +/- .010 with our metal band saw. The band saw will cut any hollow material up to 16" in diameter, or most metal bar up to 10"x 12".

Our Plasmacam plasma cutter can cut almost any continuous metal shape out of raw metal up to 2" thick.
